Investing for impact may seem like a no-brainer, but constructing an ecosystem designed for it takes some heavy lifting. Revalue makes itself available for creative contracts with institutions who need a skilled Investment Advisor at the table for ecosystem development. Since our founding in 2013, we have had the pleasure of building the impact investing ecosystem through work with Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan State University, Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development, Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation, and the Initiative for Local Capital.

Our project-based scope of work often includes research, community education, program development, and curriculum development. Our goal is to add value and education to the marketplace by doing work that leads to open-sourced solutions, because we ultimately believe that education is the key to making prudent financial decisions. To that end, check out our sweet work:

Grubstake: Local investing resources and videos tailored to Michigan investors
The MILE Act: Crowdfunding in Michigan
Investment Crowdfunding Field Guide: Guidance for technical assistance providers
Local Investing for Investment Advisors: Resources for fellow peers
2020 Washtenaw County Capital Flow: Analysis of private and public capital flows

We welcome conversations with institutions who are seeking a creative, knowledgeable, team of licensed fiduciaries to add value to your creative community economic development projects.
