Revalue is a home for people passionate about cultivating an abundance mindset in service of community resilience and future generations. We are financial navigators, connecting people to their purpose by crafting values-aligned financial plans and creative educational programming in partnership with those we serve. We are redefining wealth, for good.
Co-founder / CEO
In addition to leading Revalue in her role as CEO, Angela leverages her nearly 20 years as a financial advisor to help clients achieve their goals while feeling cared for at the same time. She is a mom and a nature lover and can often be found somewhere enjoying the endless wonders of life.
Operations
Clara Balliet supports the team through operations; some of her key duties include gentle shepherding of new clients in their onboarding journeys, opening accounts, and nurturing team culture and flow. She lives in White Lake, Michigan with her husband and two young, homeschooled kids and loves to learn about homesteading, fermented foods, and permaculture.
Co-founder / CIO
Eric leads the investment strategy in his role as Chief Investment Officer, which involves setting firm policy on investing, managing the list of private and public investments, and performing research. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing fetch with his dog Blue, and researching physical therapy techniques to help himself and student-athletes at his alma mater, Southgate Anderson High School.
Co-founder / Strategic Advisor
As a co-founder and strategic advisor, Pavan leverages his almost 30 years of professional experience in large and small businesses to guide Revalue through its journey and inflection points. Pavan also understands the unique needs and mindsets of business owners and high net-worth individuals. He is curious, loves learning new things, and recently picked up flying again after a hiatus of 25 years.
Co-founder
As co-founder, strategic advisor, and technologist, Marshel brings 20 years’ experience in the tech sector along with knowledge and skills in implementing agile philosophy within small organizations. He is excited to finally have a place for his table saw and to pursue project visions and homesteading dreams on his new property.
Managing Partner / Impact Advisor
Michelle is here to help you on your financial journey, especially as it relates to combining a philanthropic and capital resource plan to impact the wellbeing and that of the community. When she is not advising she is out walking with Albert, her chocolate lab puppy, practicing yoga/meditation, enjoying nature with friends or enjoying a good historical fiction novel or investing book in her historical home, complete with all the projects.
Associate
Jane supports the rest of the team at Revalue as an Associate Advisor, working on both the business operational side and the client-facing side to ensure that all clients receive the highest quality services in their impact journey. Outside of work she enjoys traveling the world, pencil and charcoal sketching, attending concerts, reading fiction or design books, and practicing her bartending skills.
